To change CEOs is Human! To introduce a new COO is Human as well.
Right off the bat we’ll tell you our founding father and former CEO Vanja is still with Human. He took a sabbatical from leading the company and dove into what he does best - making digital things or leading some product discovery workshop or what not. Good for Vanja. Amazing for our production teams.
It’s been tough here in digital during the last three years. This web agency spawned some wonderful projects but also learned a lot about itself. One of the most valuable lessons - Vanja can’t do forty seven different things at the same time. We need his expertise in overseeing crucial products and workshops, and don’t want to see him burn out trying to single handedly turn every Human nut and bolt.
So our new head honcho is called Domagoj Vuković. Who has nothing to do with creation of this text. And he never told us to call him head honcho. Boy, are things looking good!
Domagoj seemed to fit the bill even before most of us met him: 15 years in business makes him young enough to still have the spark in his eye yet old enough to have ample experience. A major in business but super tech savvy. Has some proper web3 knowledge and has been working in digital for 8 years now. Mostly on some pretty high level stuff. Hm.
Fast forward to present time. We are delighted to inform you that, when it comes to the new CEO, our unreasonably high expectations got met and our bullshit detectors remained silent. Serious when he needs to be, can’t be talked into a corner with nonsense and Backend buzzwords. It’s obvious he knows his stuff. Guess that’s what spending a decade at BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, OTP and Zubak Group does to you. Go figure.
